Michelle Solis

Venture X - Business Manager

As a professional realtor, Michelle represents the international firm, Venture X, as Business Manager.   The company is expected to grow to more than 40 domestic locations by the end of 2017. Venture X recently opened its first international location in Canada, and it’s projected to expand in Australia in the near future.  Before this stage of my real estate career, I spent fifteen years as a property tax consultant, advocating for the interest of real estate owners across the country. It’s a specialized field and I always enjoyed being on the “white hat” side of the ever increasing tax burden of my clients. I also founded a culinary incubator, serving start-ups and existing small businesses within the culinary industry. Helping entrepreneurs wade through the wilderness of getting their business off the ground was one of my most fulfilling accomplishments.   What I love most about business is creating win-win situations, and solving problems. My success has come through completely understanding the goals and objectives of my clients and advocating on their behalf, independently, as well as, through partners with the expertise needed.  I’d like to put my demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial experience to work for you
